About
Music that unites the world
World Symphony is the world’s only professional crosscultural orchestra that combines classical symphonic music with ethnic instruments from around the globe. Founded in 2010 by conductor Adrian Werum, the ensemble champions cultural diversity as an artistic strength. Musicians from over 20 nations bring their traditions to the stage – from the Persian santur and West African kora to the Australian didgeridoo. The result is multicultural music that moves, connects and inspires.
